SHIPPING POLICY
Assuming product availability, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is received and paid for in full. Items will be shipped by weight according to USPS estimates. It is up to the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.

When applicable, the customers will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Further inquiries should be emailed to deepcreekwoods@gmail.com with the order number and date of order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any undamaged, unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) used products are not eligible for return

When we receive a formal request to exchange a product purchased from us within 14 days of purchase, we will consider the exchange only after receipt of the product in question assuming no more than 50% of the product has been used. If the product is eligible for an exchange and we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of the replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
